Why would we possibly take a a risk on NK doing something with its nukes, when we can just starve him out. It is said, over 10 mil people would starve without food handouts. KIms time is limited, he just doesn't know it yet.

People are amazingly resilient creatures. As a result, it can take a long, long time to "starve" someone out. Particularly when the PEOPLE are starving but not the leadership.

That said, we have no alternative right now other than waiting to see if it'll go ahead & collapse under its own weight. It certainly doesn't make sense to get into a war with them when there IS an excellent chance of such a collapse...
