Thanks, Cacaito, your explanation seems logical to me. "..the subjects are going to Antegren research by Elan/Biogen a better drug with good results in phase II (a real phase II, by the way, it had about 200 subjects with several dosing regimes and double blind ramdomized placebo control group and statistical significance achieved) researchers and subjects know that, why go to an open label small trials without any clinical basis (theoretical basis, yes)and little money available."
