Barnes & Noble (BKS and BNBN) shareholders need to consider Merger Reversing Tracking Stock, as BKS brick and mortar and BNBN Internet E-commerce re-combined company Barnes & Noble would be the DOMINANT bookseller in the world. Since the FTC axed the Ingram merger deal last year, the tracking stock spin off of BNBN (BN.com) was not needed and did not prevent the Anti-trust axe on the Ingram merger anyway, so now, is the time for us shareholders to say, lets put the pieces of the company back together!!! Instant Quadruple of the price, imho. Example, look at RHAT on buying Cygnus, its double in what 3 days?
