Count me gone as of today. These convertible offshore bond deals stink. This kind of deal magnifys the risk to us existing shareholders. The offshore holders can short WIND on any bad news and cover with their convertible bonds. I've made a very nice return here time to pay the taxes and keep it. This looks like trying to draw to an inside straight to this old cardplayer and somebody is stacking the deck. Good Luck to you all!
