I like Agrium for the following:

1) the stock is discount because of it's lastest takeover

2) Canadian farm's had a good year and will buy more fert.

3) The combination of Viridian allows for saving

4) Agrium announced a 10% buyback program of there stock

5) Sales will increase in the summer when demand increase

6) There are the cheepest producer of nito. fert. because of there located in Alberta where natural gas is the cheepest in NA.

7)Agrium was the only Canadian stock listed in Money Magazine's 1997 all star top picks.

8) the resent drop in price is due to Vir. debt.
