You are correct it did only split once,but my understanding is that it hit a high of $60.00 at one point. I am basing my $10.00 on the fact that my sources tell me BRLS has BIG contracts in the bag. Let me ask you this question. Does the fact that a member of the board of directors purchased (with his own money not stock bonuses) $150,000 at $5.00 a share tell you something? Maybe he knows something we don't?
