The article, while informative is somewhat outdated. There is a final resolution for the NLP situation (much different than discussed) waiting for a judges decision. Granted that they may get some high fees from the reits look at the chart for each of the REITS since they took over some 5-7 years ago. They have turned around a lot of 2nd class properties, and that is what they are doing with newly aquired properties. The REITS are good buys, ARB is very difficult to analyze
