I have had good luck with customer support recently.
They don't sell their software very efficiently however. I got a
dozen letters from them with a variety of prices. The $10 rebate is a
nusance, just give us the benefit at the store counter.
This year the program is alot easier to use than last year-- for
example the state forms are very easy to fill out now... I suspect
they just have competition now.

Has anyone used the new Quicken-- the old one is OK but has limitations
in the variety of reports.
