Yup, I knew about this. Couldn't happen to a more deserving company!
I have been contacted by NASD lawyers, but am not involved in the legal proceedings. Only those who got their shares when NHTC came public are. The rest of us who bought NHTC over the years since can only start disciplinary actions (if we choose) against the brokers who sucked us in.
