What's with all the hostility? If he wants to short the stock, more power to him. It just means that the price will go up that much more when he is forced to cover. As for DIMD looking to make acquisitions - is it really good business sense to stand pat and do nothing while the technology changes so rapidly? Well thought out acquisitions will help to keep the company and its stock price growing.
