As a key element of SAP's Knowledge Management solution, Knowledge Warehouse integrates critical knowledge assets and makes them easily accessible to a large global workforce. The airline project is in the first phase of a multiyear, multiphase rollout with a scheduled July 1 go live date. In addition to implementing SAP Release 4.6, the airline will also incorporate the e-Commerce business-to-business product suite offered by SAP. This collection of software will allow the airline to realize significant cost savings through business process integration. The RWD training program will provide airline end users with an integrated approach to using the enterprise tool set the client has selected.
RWD has project teams onsite in the United States and in Europe for the consumer products company. The project is a two-part effort with an end user performance support program using Knowledge Warehouse and OnDemand as well as an SAP Academy program to provide project team training for future SAP initiatives. As part of the strategy for this client, RWD will implement a performance support program and utilize RWD ERPSpace e-Learning(TM) to deliver both synchronous and asynchronous training to global audiences.
