1. We need a name: MOVE = Movement for Vivus Value Enhancement.

2. We should stop insults to Leland or anybody else. We do have a thread full of that.

3. Paul Freiman, CEO of NTII, tiny company with products and no cash and He is turning it around. He negotiated strong deal with MERZ from Germany (MERs owns the product in Germany), good candidate for CEO.
Plus he has experience in big pharma.

4. It could be a merge/reverse merge or Vivus buyout of NTII. Vivus has the cash, and it will become a more than just ED,just MUSE company.

I do know if Frieman is available, neither the possibilities that 3, 4, 10, or 11 could happen.

5. We need a different forum to discuss this matter, a fully open thread brings lots of garbage. Other possibilities:

a. Geocities provide free Web sides, Could a club be establish with control of access to proven shareholders?
b. Some Xoma's shareholders have an e-mail club, every member e-mail every other with same info.
c. Phone communications? Clubs by cities?
d. Could Silicon Investor provide the Club site? (I doubt this one).
e. Many lurkers will join actively, now constrained for lack of access.

6. To get rid of Leland as the main goal was mentioned by Edderd as not exactly the best goal. Probably just the right force involve in the board will get same results. Anyway, We do not know who is to be blame for mistakes (Leland is main suspect).

7. We should work with understanding that Viagra is here to stay, the niche product is the solution (at least until new data on Viagra, anything bad on viagra is just a bonus). 10% of actual Viagra sales in the US will bring 16,000 scripts a week, not a bad goal.

8. We could vote democratically a new board according to the rules, but will We get 50% of votes? So far from previous post only about 1.6 million shares are available for these efforts.

9. Could we become a private fund type and with 5% of shares has the right to access to the board? I am not sure of this and there are problems with liquidity of shares, taxes, duties, money amount and representation, and legality of buying or selling of shares, plus daytraders, short termers, short/long players create a big conflict of interest. But a private fund type is a usually strong handed player, to get organized to acquire more shares and get strong board representation. Logistics? Technical legal aspects? well this are just ideas.

10. Michael Price as a value investor could be a good board member (sorry I am dreaming again).

11. Chiron corp has $1 billion in cash and is shopping around for small biotechs.

Just ideas and dreams.
