FCS --- it has come to life - a little. Nice little white candle on Thursday, followed by a nice strong white bullish candle on Friday, make the outlook for FCS very good. The stock is looking bullish by the candles, and I would rate it a good bet at 23- not much risk, as the in support in the 15-20 range. This stock should move very easily and it looks like it is starting to run. Look for some action this week. Also bullish is that the fast moving average has crossed above the slow, and this is bullish. The on balance volume is in a good uptrend and this indicates strong accumulation.
