Paris do you know how much cash csdd paid verus stock? The only company csdd left out of the press releases is aol. My guess is csdd could be the aol of online bank software. DTEK had to sell for combine $10 million cash and stock. Man can you imagine if DTEK filed to its own public offering? There are many companies with the online software. I'm suspect, the press releases no doubt are misleading, comparing this company's business model to everyone but aol give me a break. But sure it may go higher next couple days and then back down to where it came from. good luck
