Wouldn't it just be better if SI sold out to a more professional operator!

They did. I think that may be the problem. We used to be able to talk to Brad and Jeff and gets things like this resolved. Now we're dealing with a corporation, not people.

Like I said on the beta thread [or somewhere], it's like my friendly neighborhood hardware store turning into a Home Depot.
