This would have been my suggestion but you said you did not want to sell calls so I didn't go into that.

You can sell puts until the stock is put to you. Once you get the stock and if you are short term bullish on it, wait until it moves a bit and sell calls.

There are a number of ways to play with it, depending on your level of risk (and stress).
