Life is too short not to win every single time! The beauty of a SLAPP is the moment one fights back you win and the fascist SLAPPer loses. Why? Because my worst possible outcome is a loss of money, and money is far, far, far less important to me than freedom. I can never be silenced legally as long as I violate no law. And of course, I am far too smart and honest to break any law. So the outcome is a foregone conclusion - I happily win. Besides, I really do enjoy the fight! If you could have only seen Richard 'Dick' Aurelio's face that day in court!
