Huge market potential - no product to sell to it - is that correct?

A vaccine based on BOCX's proprietary RECAFTM technology that would protect against most types of cancer has a $2B market potential in U.S. alone.

It sounds like all those companies that said "there is a huge Chinese market - all we need is 2% to get rich".
