Multiband Expands Into Connecticut; Company to Offer Internet Services in Conjunction With Vesta Corporation to 621 Unit Project Utilizing Telkonet's Solution 12/15/2004 12:32:00 PM
MINNEAPOLIS, Dec 15, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Multiband Corporation (MBND) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to provide its Multiband Multi -Dwelling Unit Internet communications services to three apartment communities in Connecticut owned and managed by Vesta Corporation, a leading regional real estate company. The 621 unit apartment communities represent the first properties owned by Vesta that will feature Multiband's high speed Internet services, offering in conjunction with Telkonet, Inc. (TKO). Multiband will develop and manage the communications portion of the Mohegan Commons, Windham Heights, and Moosup Garden properties that will be billed on a bulk basis, resulting in 621 additional subscribers. The properties are additionally slated for video and voice services to be installed at a later date.
