Liam, I do not know why Jeff stepped down, but I will see if I can
find out, I have a close connection to find that out, I will see her
in about two weeks and I will ask her. She had told me about the
Waterford deal some time ago, and at that time she said Jeff would be
leaving in about one year, but it has not been that long, she said
Jeff told her Waterford felt the stock would be at 7.00 in about a
year, but Jeff felt it would be more like 5.00, but again I dont have
anything to know why he or Waterford felt that would happen, and
as we know it is only at .50 today, so who knows, but I will be
talking to her and I will see what she knows, she has had shares for
a long time, it is kind of a family deal I guess. Also will see if
Jeff knows anything about the new CEO. Jeff is staying on as a
consulant for a period of time, and she did tell me that when she
told me about the Company.
