Hello Jim: Thanks for posting the press releases. I spoke with their CFO, Michael Dunson yesterday and learned that this company has come through some difficult times, but has apparently regrouped, refocused and reloaded. He directed me to the EDGAR database for my due diligence.
In many ways, this company reminds me of Green Oasis (GRNO) which is a company that will own the waste oil recycling franchise in the US. EVSF, like GRNO, had fallen on hard times. It has unique technology. It is little followed. The potential for earnings is huge. We know it will have forward earnings. GRNO has risen from $1 ps to $6.75. If EVSF can successfully market their new equipment, we should see similar price movement.
I'll let you know if I find anythng interesting while I'm digging.
If anyone knows anything about the industry they are involved in, such as size, players, their technological differentiation, let us know.
