Mr Stephen Dattels of International Pursuit Corp reports
International Pursuit Corp has acquired an additional 500,000 shares in
Java Gold Corp through the CDN bringing its total holdings in Java to
3,965,536 shares, or approximately 16.5% of the outstanding shares of Java.
Pursuit has acquired such shares in Java for investment purposes. Other
than normal course purchases through the CDN, Pursuit has no current
intention to increase its beneficial ownership or control over any shares
of Java.
