Does anyone know how I can contact Intermedia to cancel my internet account? Apparently, Intermedia recently bought i-america, my Internet access provider for some two years. We were forced to open a new account with 40% of the monthly hours for the same price. Now I am unable to contact this company on any of the numbers I have. I am now logged on to a new local service provider that has a faster connection for a lower monthly rate and want to cancel Intermedia.
