Dilution non factor, more shares needed so more shares trade to make market volume so NVDC's price can rise in an orderly fashion.
Unlike ABTL or AMZN or AOL, NVDC doesn't have enough shares outstanding to make a real market, that means volatility with small volume trades, especially where 52% insider control will never be traded, and much of the rest is under "lock up" provisions, and the rest is held by those of us who refuse to sell below $50 or even $25 per share. Also, money is money, and whether NVDC gets the cash from a secondary, or some hybrid preferred/loan security/etc deal with Westar/FirstUnion/and Bank One or whether it does a spin off IPO of DriveOff.com, its still money in for NVDC. This also give NVDC the option of a later true spin off of DriveOff.com and payment of the IPO shares to us as a tax free dividend, plus additional cash from that IPO. By that time, we are talking a CMGI internet incubator with JAVA internet IPO's being spun off the NVDC NEt Solutions Group, and then the stock will climb. Like the $65K I made today on IDTC which had stated to Joe Kernan CNBC that their investment in net2phone NTOP alone made their stock worth $36 a share and they couln't understand why IDTC was only 24 most of Tuesday...I bought at $24.5 and sold at $31.825, $32, $32.125 and some at $32.25...I may be buying more tomorrow...my point being that IDTC volume today was 14,997,500 shares, more shares than NVDC has outstanding...you need a market to trade, and you need volume that is some inventory in order to even have a market, and NVDC needs mor shares to increase its volume in order to create or make a market in these underpriced shares so that they can freely trade up with less volatility, for execs/insiders/underwrites/and the rest of us investor shareholders.
The only other thing I look at is everyone wants to throw more money at NVDC, which is not being said for any other post-IPO internet out there, and with car sales etc online (e-cars e-commerce) soaring, this will be a great year for NVDC IMHO. I beleive that I was or am right on the DriveOff.com not being the July/August IPO because the main insiders can not afford to sell and lose conrol, and they would have to in order to pay taxes on a taxable spin off, they are only paid a little over a $100K a year, and dollar for dollar are probably the most dedicated prorata. This way, they and we all win. I intend to buy more tomorrow.
I am,
Truly yours,
