INVESTORS HOLD & SPECULATORS SELL (and often lose)

Like many other stocks, ASND has taken a hit. There is no *public*
information yet that indicates why. However, even if there is some
less than complimentary information on ASND today there will be
undoubtedly strong earnings for ASND as long as they continue to
feed the I-nets and i-nets around the world with net equipment.

A rollercoaster ride is expected for a company with a P/E > 100 but
so are some excellent profits. ASND sales and profits had an amazing
spike in 95 and I suspect that trend will continue. Also, unlike
many of the other similar equipment makers, ASND has some very
strategic patents covering Inverse Mux technology. They are in
a commodity market with a very valuable patent.

ASND will propser as the Internet tops 20 million users (most signing on within the last year) and Internet commerce becomes
a household term. Most analysts buy and sell stocks based on similar
case studies they studied in B-school but they have not found a
model to fit the Internet. The Internet is a multinational
conglomerate without all the bueracracy and suits. The analysts are
not soothsayers and have no idea where the I-net business model
will take the stock market. Talk to technologists and consumers
who use the stuff. Thats where the $$ are.

ASND is an excellent I-net play and will keep rising as soon as the
next quarterly report comes out.
