Looks like Jonathan is back in the news again. This time it's the WSJ...

I wish we could have had the opportunity to see the entire case against him back when the story first broke. This dribs and drabs stuff doesn't cut it for me.
His attorney had better hope that I don't get to sit on any jury that may hear any alleged criminal charges against him. I'd have no problem whatsoever with a conviction. Fortunately for him, I no longer live in NJ, so it's highly unlikely I'd ever sit on a NJ jury. But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't welcome the opportunity. <g>
I have heard through the grapevine that there is no remorse here, no contriteness, no shame... Nowhere... Rumors (which I can neither prove nor disprove, so take it as just that, unfounded rumors), are that if anything, the whole incident is being treated as a big joke, hahaha, and some degree of braggadocio may be present, Big Man on Campus type of stuff... No lesson learned, except maybe how to "cheat" on the system and get away with it, with the help of a good attorney...
Now I hope the authorities really go after this kid tooth-and-nail... I hope they nail him but good... Send a message sort of thing... To allow him to keep his profits is just plain wrong in my book. If I had done something like this when I was a kid, my father would have given *all* of my money away, including funds that weren't a part of all of this. But, so far, his family hasn't seen fit to do that, at least not in some public way. This is pitiful. Simply pitiful...
