Here we ago again, with the same hogwash statements from the very same pumper, who has been in this stock for years now, and has been corrected over and over again.

This pumper claims that Neomedia can not make statements, since they are a public company, where as Scanbuy, the competition can because they are a private company.

All public companies can make statements of material fact at any time they desire.

All public companies can make forward looking statements any time they so desire.

Not only do all public companies make such statements, they even include them in SEC filings from time to time, when they file pr's with the SEC.

The only difference between a private company and a public company, is a public company must submit routine financial reports so investors are aware of the companies financial situation before purchasing the company. These records must be submitted to the GOV so all owners in the company have access to them.

A private company also has to disclose its financial records to its investors. Only difference is its investors are private entities as is the companies finances.

So yes public company XYZ or NEOM can make forward looking statements such as they plan to close several contract deals in 2008, as long as the statement is released publicly to all shareholders(usually accomplished by issuing a pr) and the pr or release includes a disclaimer that the above statements contain forward looking statements.

You have to wonder why in 5 years a college educated poster can not grasp that, and keeps telling what he now knows to be a lie, in an effort to justify why a public company has not released any news in many many months.
