Nice history, both Steve and Kevin. Kevin, you say "...sales organizations were not ready for such a product, and sales people were not ready for the structure imposed by such a product... Are you suggesting this has changed? How so? (In case you didn't know, I still believe many sales orgs are not ready for the discipline successful SFA would entail).
