I don't see how anyone can claim a Covid case happened indoors or outdoors. With those of us who got it at the same time, we "think" it was at a house party that was outside but we all shared the same bathroom. Did we get it outside? Don't know. There's no way to prove it one way or the other. Even when a person is outside, they often use public and private bathrooms that are shared with others. Do they get it there?
