As I stated in my previous comment, something most definitely must be amiss. "Courts can act proactively in such cases to protect stakeholders, especially when insolvency risks are evident." The above statement is very clear unless the Court is misinformed we should take it at face value. Refr is dependent on Gauzy to the umteenth degree and what happens to Gauzy is of great concern to us investors so thanx for posting that Dim.
