beside press releases?like revenues hint.


Being an ex-Actra, now Netscape employee, I can allay your fears here. The problems with Actra being a joint venture and all of the channel conflicts has already been well documented by the press. The sale was better for everyone involved. Netscape got an acquisition that finally has no competition from MSFT and fits in well with its global strategy. GEIS got a substantial return on its investment.
