Well they had said that past growth of >250% could not be sustained but they also said that 25% Q-Q growth could be sustained so there indeed is a reason to be taken aback by the numbers with the 3% Q-Q growth that we have seen. The margins can feel the pressure from the stiff competition that has been developing as mentioned elsewhere. I agree to the extent that the company is good and they will recover in the latter part of 1997 (assuming no big market crash in between); however, in the interim, the stock price would see a healthy correction and create a good buying opportunity in upper 30's.
