Recent data from France and Italy showed the same.
However, the rate cut in Europe will start soon anyway.
This is good news no matter how shorts will twist it.
Abby J.Cowen of Goldamn Sachs see first half rather slow and rapid acceleration in second half.
Specially that inventory correction will end in several months, and this itself will have very positive affect on US economy.
