Jim, I don't think I'm quite the purist some of the others are. I run a scan that produces "watchers" for me. It never gives me something to buy in the morning, and that's by design. Then, I set up charts on these watchers and pounce on them when they give off a combination of price/OBV/other signals. I almost feel like a traitor (because I'm a died in the wool technician), but I've been finding my best candidates lately from a scan that picks the best fundamental issues. It finds them... then I wait for a sig. Ken
