Thanks, Bob. But it's still not altogether clear whether a prospective muncher might not feel they were pushing the envelope if they were to acquire the converts ahead of any filing.

Note that for the executive proxy rules disclosure, execs have to disclose their direct holdings and also how many options are exercisable by them within 60 days, irrespective of whether the options are in-the-money or not. So there is some precedent for disregarding the exercise price in a related disclosure area.

But clearly it can't hurt to keep an eye on these prices - a surge in the convert price might well be very revealing.
