Hi ZEN-Man,

Our advisory team suggests generally we see 70-80% vote participation for these type of proxy votes. If we receive 22.5M shares, that gives us a chance at winning, over 25.5M shares puts us in a strong position to win. Of course, anything over 31.8M shares voted towards us would automatically carry the day.

Thank you for your group's support, this is how this will be won. There is no institution in this stock, at least not anything of size on the NOBO list. I think this is a reflection of our current board of directors not being able to engage properly with the investment community. This is something we intend to change going forward. No company is an island and we need the investment community to support this stock. We need a solid strategic plan and then promote this plan through the various investment houses. Some fresh faces there will certainly help on the promote side of things.

A quick shout out to Nottygirl from Noront who is voting YELLOW!

I have heard of some investors getting their YELLOW proxies today but most should arrive over the next 3 days. If you don't have them by Friday afternoon, please reach out to me or Eric:
