- all of MSFT's deals, tie-ins, etc.... are all legal and go on every day. Granted, it's more noticeable when #1 does it, but none of it was illegal. It's legal to stick your leg out. It's not legal to stick your leg out as someone's running past you to trip them. Arguments that what Microsoft did was legal ignore their intent and capabilities. They're Busted, and that's that.
