Every source I've seen has them capped in the hundreds of dollars range. I haven't seen any escalator, either. Medicare Part B has one. For every year you're out of Medicare Part B, when you do sign up, your premium is computed as the standard premium plus ten percent for each year or part of a year that you didn't participate. But I've seen nothing like that for Obamacare.
