Hi there, Yaacov! Sorry I managed to upset you. I was listing some of the things I think the bad guys want to accomplish by using their Kamikaze tactics. Indeed, the only way to deal with a Kamikaze is to get him before he gets you. We [should have] learned that on September 11, 2001.
