One of the big things that is holding the stock back, is options... far too many investors ever expected syqt to pull out of a death spiral. As the older options expire worthless, the stock will move forward as new expectations are created.

Word on the street is picking up, but investors should not expect any large movement until end of first quarter results, and then only if the numbers match watch the street thinks is "good". If/when syqt moves into positives and starts regaining lost money will the street begin to favor the stock. I have always noticed that large trading proceeds a big move up or down, and I expect alot of people to have shorted this baby. Until they are covered, don't expect much of a move either.
