You get enough people as an audience, and it can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Does he always provide as little actual information as he did earlier today?

By the way, I was far from impressed with the Gilford report, too. However, all the air has gone out of that particular balloon since the rave recommendation, especially since the company has not cooperated with him by practically maintaining a radio silence in its PRs.
