Skiing is one of the most expensive sports around until you're outfitted with boots, poles, skis, helmet, clothing etc..

After that, the cost of the lift ticket is very expensive. But where else can you get the kids outdoors in winter and wear out them out at the same time. And it helps to bring a bagged lunch.

Well worth the expense. -gg-
