FT, Sorry to say I dont have a clue. I doubt the company could withstand a long legal battle, but even with a settlement, the relationship is damaged. Hopefully they work out something better than the legal eagles at the bioturd agreed to. Probably depends how desparate they are?Short term we may see further weakness with tax loss dumping. I am looking into their options as time permits....
