Hello to All - I'm way behind in reading the comments so forgive me if this is old news. Just got my e-proxy from TD Ameritrade (USA) and realized that it was actually prepared by Zenyatta Co. I advises me to reject the opposition to the motion for new directors and to withhold my votes for the new directors (from CG). I does give me an chance to vote the other way in each case BUT it is the "green" version of the proxy. I called TD, they tried to be helpful and, after further research, they let me know that the "yellow" proxy was coming in the regular mail (not set up for e-proxy). I have 2 questions: If I (or anyone) had voted the online proxy "FOR" motion for new directors and then FOR each person's name (from the CG group), would these votes have counted as "yellow? After I get my actual yellow proxy (Wednesday?), where do I mail it to make sure it is counted as yellow? - panamax
