I hope everyone is having a good Super Bowl weekend. :)

I have been wondering why TSIG stock is dropping to the low 0.30's and maybe the following in the last 10-Q filing is an explanation:

>>(A) Contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall grant the Executive options to acquire 600,000 shares of the Company's restricted common stock at an exercise price per share equal to $.30, the mean between the reported high bid and low offer ($.295 to $.305) prices of the common stock on the business day prior to the date of this Agreement.<<

I'm no expert at this, but maybe TSIG has been buying stock at 0.30 for later payout to J. Guild, thus driving the stock down. So the price may go down to as low 0.30 but no more, and then it'll take off. This is just my speculation and I may be totally wrong. Comments?
