That's a very complex question. Its hard to answer with confidence before hand and if the different isn't use it will be hard to answer with high confidence even with hindsight.

Also we don't know how the law may be modified, or what other changes may be made.

But I'd say it likely will result in more deaths. Well everyone dies, its not really more deaths. And I don't think it will actually cause life expectancy to drop, I just think it will cause it to be lower than it otherwise would have been, I expect the increase to be slightly lower. But I don't expect the difference to be massive.

If I was to give a range, I'd say it would be moderately negative to very slightly positive in this area. If I had to give some specific point, I'd say very slightly negative.
