Been gone since (9 am this morning getting ready for, then conducted our meeting, luncheon, and program) ...then when I got home, had to put all the meeting stuff away, including several flower arrangements I made for the meeting. But you know how that goes.. had to dust first.
In fact, before a luncheon about 35 miles away, I may have to make a career tomorrow early, of dusting. Don't know how in the heck this place seems to just be a dust catcher....Maybe it's because the heater is on more....We have gas heat, the filters were cleaned...but in winter, glass and windows get that light film all over them.
Sigh.....
BUT the meeting went well, wasn't as much business as there usually is, so we all got a chance to gab too....Plus the Speaker spoke very knowledgeably on Thomas Jefferson, and all the multi-talents that man had.... |
