Yes, he is that. Sorry he got caught. Particularly since he seems to be liked by not many people, and seemed to like to put them through the 3rd degree, even if he had no proof of whatever he was after them for.... Hope the idiot will get the justice he truly deserves....every single little snippet of justice..... He's a spoiled little brat, who grew into a spoiled big brat....one that thought the laws were for all the "little people"..... What a totally creepy fuzzball.
