Stewart-your caution is wise indeed. I am out of EBAY before the weekend just because of the who knows what might happen and I won't be able to watch it much next week. I also agree with your growth prediction-I have been using EBAY to buy and sell a few things and I can see the increase in traffic. AS long as they can show reasonably good numbers (and any CFO worth his options should be able to squeeze a few pennies per share out of something), the stock will be popular.

Short-term, barring any news I think the trend is down. My guess is the retail buyers will not have the stomach for this stock and will start piling out. I don't think the big funds will look at it even at 160, unless the whole group recovers. If I was a trader, I think I'd play options. Even though the premiums stink, there will probably be big money to be made on either side if one is agile enough.
