Nice link ;}, This is the same NASDAQ that let their members rob and pillage for years, before being forced to clean house. so maybe they let a few poor SOES'ers get away with this little 'scheme' for a few years as payback.

I was surprised it lasted as long as it did. Now we'll see what kind of enforcement is brought to bear on the violators. I don't think some of those guys are going to want to go cold turkey, so it should be fun for awhile.
